Jonesing for Abe Jones
Posted by Missy W. @ 1:35 PM
I was just complaining the other day about boy’s clothes being a bit dull and then I remembered one of my favorite online clothing spots for kids, Abe Jones. Their line is designed for hip parents who want to avoid the cookie-cutter effect caused by shopping at big box stores. I know that I used to consider myself hip, so what a great place to live vicariously through my kid, in clothing! My sister and I always joke that we’re prime candidates for that painfully addictive TLC show, What Not to Wear. Actually, I don’t think we’re joking. Not at all. I’m pretty sure I’ve worn the same pair of jeans for the past four days. At least our kids look cool?
Abe Jones clothes aint cheap, but they are well made with love and technique. I love the quirky graphics for the boys and Asian-inspired tunics for the girls. My niece looks quite spectacular in her City Park Keyhole tunic.
The internet is such a great way to support all those gifted, small shops out there. Keep it up!
